AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are DaF Trainer ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We operate the website https://daftrainer.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and DaF Trainer, concerning your access to and use of the Services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services.

4. USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. All payments shall be in Euros. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing and Renewal
Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge.
Cancellation
All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions, please email us at support@daftrainer.com.
Fee Changes
We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.
7. SOFTWARE
We may include software for use in connection with our Services. If such software is accompanied by an end user license agreement ("EULA"), the terms of the EULA will govern your use of the software. Any software and any related documentation is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services may invite you to contribute to or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, or broadcast content and materials (collectively, "Contributions"). When you create Contributions, you represent and warrant that they do not infringe any third-party rights.
10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By posting Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, and display your Contributions for any purpose.
11. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
We may provide you areas on the Services to leave reviews or ratings. Reviews must not contain offensive, racist, or hateful language, must be based on firsthand experience, and must not be false or misleading.
As part of the Services functionality, you may link your account with third-party accounts. You represent that you are entitled to grant us access to such accounts without breach of the applicable terms.
13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such websites. You access third-party websites at your own risk.
14. ADVERTISERS
We allow advertisers to display their advertisements in certain areas of the Services. We simply provide the space and have no other relationship with advertisers.
15. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to monitor the Services, take legal action against violators, restrict access, remove excessive content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property.

17. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

20. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Egypt. DaF Trainer and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in English.
22. CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services at any time without prior notice.
23. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES.
24. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWO-MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR $500.00 USD.
25. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
26. USER DATA
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services. You are solely responsible for all data that you transmit, and we shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data.
27. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree to the use of electronic signatures.
